Normal Delivery Hours
Normal flower delivery hours for Wow Floral Design Studio are between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. The deadline for placing an order for same day delivery is 3pm Monday – Friday and 10am Saturdays not including public holidays.
Ordering from Wow Floral Design Studio is friendly, secure and quick. Full time flower delivery drivers guarantee safe and prompt delivery of our flowers and gifts. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner.
What areas do Wow Floral Design Studio deliver flowers to?
Our local delivery areas include: Alpharetta, Crabapple, Cumming, Johns Creek, Suwanee, Duluth, Norcross, Roswel, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Buckhead.
What is the deadline for placing an order online to guarantee same-day flower delivery?
Need flowers delivered today? For same day delivery, orders must be placed by 3pm ALL orders placed after 10am on Saturday and at any time of day on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning or next business day after a public holiday. Any specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time.
Can you guarantee a specific time for a flower or gift delivery?
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee it. All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business, given that correct delivery details have been supplied.
Do you ring the recipient prior to delivery?
You can request us to call the recipient prior to flower delivery by putting a note in the “special instructions” field on the order page. Please note, that all deliveries to hospitals are confirmed prior to delivery.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the flowers or gift will be left at the recipients front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender. Otherwise, a calling card will be left on the recipient`s door or in their mailbox asking them to call us to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery of the flowers or gift. Additional charges may apply.
